Our first guest was Justine Schofield. Justine won the hearts of the nation when her cooking abilities lead her to be a finalist in the Master Chef TV Series.
Over 4 million people watched the final week on Channel 10.
Taking place in the great Station Square at Joondalup Shoppping Centre, Justine created four wonderful dishes which she cooked for the audience members. The audience then purchased showbags which contained all the main ingredients they needed to recreate the dishes at home.
Justine also made time to visit the Princess Margaret Hospital for children here in WA.
